A Maintenance issues.

Huge room with a cozy atmosphere made my stay feel like home. Lynn’s hospitality stood out. she was everywhere, making sure guests felt welcomed and attended to. The suite came with a decent kitchen area, but it could really use more utensils. I appreciated the firm bed and comfy pillows. Hot water pressure was fantastic after long days. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues. the bathroom needed deeper cleaning, and I found hair in the shower. For a short stay, it was manageable, but longer visits might require more attention to detail. Overall, the value was great, especially given the location close to attractions. Improvement in maintenance and cleaning could make it even better.

the check-in was abso-lutely a disaster, no staff to greet me at midnight. I expected a warm welcome, but got an envelope instead. the bathroom door was broken, which should be fixed immediately for paying guests. almost gave a good review, but it just couldn't be done with such subpar service.

Family with children will love it

Lynn, the lady running the place, was always around making sure everything was smooth. The bed was firm enough for a good night's sleep, and the hot water pressure was something I almost looked forward to after a long day. This place felt more like home, just needed a few more utensils in the kitchen.

It wasn’t exactly dirt cheap, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

Additionally, the room had several maintenance issues, the bathroom door was broken, a kitchen cabinet was crooked, and one window didn't lock properly, making our stay less comfortable than expected.

Just a solid selection for a brief visit in Graham with incredible value for money. The full kitchen setup was really handy for making quick meals. Be sure to check in earlier if possible to avoid any late-night hassles.

i stayed at affordable suites for two nights while visiting elon university. the space was large, quiet, and very clean, which exceeded my expectations during this break on a long journey. parking was free, making it a great deal for the value.
